Share your burden with others - splagg is here to collect and expose the goings-wrong of this world. Maybe it's local government NOT working for you, slave conditions at work, a disastrous dentist, an insulting stranger, your local dictator, a dodgy eBay user, a bank robbing YOU! The possibilities are, sadly, endless.
The only requirements for posting a story on splagg are 1) it really happened and 2) it shouldn't have happened. Be humorous, be angry, or whatever your mood or style, but stick to the facts, so be honest. We cannot condone spite, slander, or harassment, but freedom of speech allows you to tell the whole truth (so...please tell nothing but the truth).
Tell your story (submit a story) or read those stories of others' (browse/explore/search). Judge it (vote). Share it (email/bookmarks). Discuss it (comments). Track it (favourites, friends' posts)
Lie, slander, harass, incite hatred, advertise, spam.
Feeling black and blue with frustration? Are you a victim? Sicker because they get away with it? Product didn't work? Someone ripped you off? Well you've come to the right place. Splagg?? No, it's not so pretty but that's just like bad behaviour. A countless number of events or situations are occurring and we welcome you into this community where you will likely find many ears, maybe shed a few tears and probably find quite a few ideas..
So do we however you may still share past events here and now - just make sure you put it into context by entering when? with your story submission.
We would love people to think twice before doing things they probably know are wrong. Most people don't like to be shamed, companies prefer to avoid bad publicity - it is a dream for us to change the way people behave by concentrating their actions back in their face. Being insulted by a stranger, suffering at the hands of big business - "that ain't right"! We'd like people to reflect a little before they act and avoid the need and shame of being "splagg'd". If we make a handful regret their actions, then we succeed. The more hands, the better.
..if you have a tale of grief, just post it here and post it now (you need to be logged in). Then tell your friends, family & colleagues, publicise it with one or more of the many online communities. Spread the word and grab some exposure - you never know, you might just bring out the regret in someone.
Even if you don't have a story to tell, feel free to have a look around - you can read new and popular stories, and see what people are saying about them. Simple registration unlocks much more - voting, commenting, advanced search options, favourites, friends, and of course - submitting your own story.
I have a blog...
We are not here to replace the news, internet forums, or your own blog. We are here to be the place to find, track, discuss and report. Use splagg in conjunction with the rest of the web so, by all means if it is relevant, refer to other sites.
